We are looking for a Director of Human Resources who will support the strategic initiatives by IPMG by leading and overseeing all functions of human resources. This position is crucial to our Business Operations Division and provides support to the Executive Team and Board of Directors. The Director of Human Resources will oversee a team of HR professionals and will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
The right professional will be the subject matter expert on all HR-related issues. This position should have business acumen and be strategic in their thinking and vision. The Director of Human Resources will work in a consultative manner, providing leadership and navigation. As a leader within IPMG, here are some ways that you will help the organization develop and manage department that supports the mission, vision, and core values of IPMG:
IPMG expects the Director of Human Resources to have strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This position must be able to work with all levels of employees and be able to affect change when needed.
The Director of Human Resources should have an undergraduate degree in human resource management, organizational development, industrial psychology, or related field and a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR management experience. SHRM-CP or PHR credentials are required. Experience in a leadership role is critical as is experience supervising, training, and coaching others.
In addition to the above requirements, the Director of Human Resources must have a current driver's license and proof of car insurance and the ability to pass a thorough background screening.
This position will work from a traditional office environment with a standard work schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm and additional hours as needed. Some occasional travel is required.
