Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance (ARSA) is looking for a Director, Clinical Research Operations to join our team.
The Director will oversee and work with a team to ensure strategic growth of a large, physician-practice based research program across multiple states. The position encompasses oversight and administrative assistance for all publications generated by ARSA physicians (including literature searches, maintaining article databases, securing IRB approval, advisement on data collection and statistical analysis, and other support as needed by physicians). The position also involves oversight of a developing partnership with industry sponsors and ARSA physicians to assist with clinical trials and would require input from the Director (with a team of experts) on feasibility, start-up, budget development and negotiation, clinical research coordination and oversight, etc. The Director is responsible for developing and overseeing organizational strategy and goals, providing strategic leadership, and modeling and maintaining a high-performance culture with strong engagement with physicians, members of the Research Department, and ARSA administrative staff (operations, finance, legal, compliance, etc.)
The position reports to the Director, Specialty Programs and will involve periodic reporting on the program to the CEO and other executive leadership.
