Job Description :

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our dental practice as a front desk employee. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls. You will also handle patient billing and insurance claims, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Experience in a dental office is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and provide them with information about the practice
  • Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with patients
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Handle patient billing and insurance claims
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Experience in a dental office is preferred, but not required
