The Director of Finance is responsible for providing consistent leadership in the financial area of the hotel by focusing on the profitability of the business;

CPR Certified or willing to obtain certification. Must be licensed in the State of Indiana to practice OT. Display evidence of interest in continued education

Making sales calls and developing methods of publicizing services to attract clients and support from community business and industry leaders.

Collaborate with SVP and Director of HR on department projects, policy updates and various projects across the region. BA/BS is preferred but not required.
