We're looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for regularly communicating with clients in a courteous, professional manner and quickly resolving any issues that may arise. Our Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact between our company and customers, so we are interested in hiring individuals who are team-oriented, dedicated to customer satisfaction and enjoy working in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Get to work on time.
• Listen to customers and respond to their concerns.
• Provide information on a product and its features.
• Don't engage in gossip.
• Use quality customer service skills.
• Answer phone calls and provide information over the phone.
• Take meeting minutes.
• Use good communication skills.
