Manage retail inventory count and maintain retail inventory to ensure proper stock of items are accounted for and if possible ordering is needed.

Experience being an executive assistant, preferred but not required. This individual will be working closely with the two founding owners/executives.

5-15 years mechanical design experience with HVAC systems and equipment, central plant utility systems (chilled water & steam), or have equivalent knowledge

Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Ideal candidate lives in the Peoria, or Surprise surrounding area. Willing to assist and train employees.

Completes cash register transactions as well as guest carry-out service consisting of merchandise weighing up to but not exceeding 50 pounds per trip.
