Responsible for all Management aspects for Farm Division of very well established, family owned business with primarily pivot irrigated land. Seasonally driven work schedule shifting to part-time hours during off season months. Due to primary business operations, crop production is dedicated with corn on corn system. Management responsibilities during crop season includes initimate familiarity with individual farms soil types, all selections for seed corn, fertilizer and other inputs, service providers, personnel management, all irrigation related activities including operations as well as maintainence and repairs of related equipment and impliments.
