Firefighting’s Finest Professional Drivers & Movers will work in conjunction with the Firefighting’s Finest Crew Supervisor and Operations Manager to facilitate the daily functions of commercial & residential moving. Supervisors, Drivers, and Movers will be directly responsible for moving and proper care of all customers’ property. Supervisors, Drivers, and Movers will ensure all policies, protocols and procedures are followed to ensure a successful high quality job completion and deliver a higher level of experience for customers.

All new employees will complete onsite paid training classes before assignment to field operations. Once training is completed, our professional movers are expected to understand and know the fundamentals of proper protection practices of various furniture pieces, operating standard equipment, and proper lifting and moving techniques.

General Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service. * Follow Crew Supervisor’s directions for all move jobs. * Establish and maintain the company expected high level of work and customer service. * Communication and coordination with all team personnel. * Effective time management and use of all resources. * Ability to properly communicate with Crew Supervisor before/during/after jobs to make sure all customer needs are met. * Ability to properly communicate with customers. * Build and maintain top moving skills at all times. * Maintain a constant positive high-morale work environment for all employees and customers. Qualifications * *Must be able to lift 50lbs or more and have the stamina to move, work and stand for long time periods in different temperatures and environments.* * *High quality, effective motivator, and communication expert* * *Comply with Firefighting’s Finest rules, policies, and procedures* * *Pass a background check, no felony convictions*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
