Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) certification through Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS), or other relevant BPS certification preferred.

Applicants must be licensed in Rhode Island with at least three years of primary care practice experience.

Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times. Full-time - $7500.00 Sign on Bonus.

Possession of a valid drivers license. Valid drivers license and the ability to be insured required. Uses proper communication skills for radio and telephone.

Degree in Human Resources related field and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Generalist in the HR field.
