Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

Interprets and administers leave programs and policies in accordance with the applicable federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, etc.).

Individual must have a college education and a minimum of 5 years of commercial or industrial construction experience.

C. Must have a valid state license in Social Work as required by the state in which the Social Worker will be providing services (LMSW or state equivalent).

Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order.
