Our pharmacy is looking for a Cashier/Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will show a commitment to providing excellent customer service, have good organizational skills and a friendly personality. This position includes cash handling and completing daily reporting activities, so we need the right person to be extremely detail oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions and address customer issues, either in person or by phone.
• Handle customer cash transactions.
• Handle customer non-cash transactions, such as gift cards or electronic receipts from credit cards.
• Answer customer questions, such as: Do you have an item that is not on your shelf?.
• Perform foot traffic control and maintain proper aisle traffic flow to ensure safety and efficiency of the store.
• Handle customer complaints and redirect those complaints to the department manager or supervisor if needed.
• Communicate with other employees to appropriately deal with the situation.
• Perform various administrative duties in regards to inventory control, sales tracking, and cashiering.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
