Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative

Up to $50,000 base salary to start plus commissions and full company -sponsored benefits

As Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Receive warm leads
• Reach out by phone and email
• Identify key decision makers
• Provide information on product details, pricing availability and lead times
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Provide product literature and other marketing collateral upon request
• Make product suggestions upon request
• Generate price quotes
• Take, enter and process orders
• Provide post-sale support
• Once travel resumes, attend events, trade shows and networking opportunities

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 1 year of Sales, Business Development, Account Management or similar/related experience

Pluses:

• +++ Sage CRM proficiency
• +++ Experience with ANY CRM Software
• +++ Experience with ANY ERP System
• +++ Related experience from the beauty, hair or skin care industry
