FEFA, LLC is seeking an experienced Business & Contracts Manager to support FEFA, LLC and our government customer in Richland, Washington. This is a full-time, hybrid position. Will require relocating to Richland, Washington.

DESCRIPTION:
The Business and Contracts Manager is responsible for the overall success of contract execution, management, budgeting/scheduling adherence, and compliance. They will recruit and execute, review and analyze agreements with federal entities, prime contractors, subcontractors, employees, and facilities. Additionally, they will manage contract performance in support of performance quality and execution, availability, and financial goals and strategies. Good communication skills (written and oral), attention to detail plus the ability and flexibility to collaborate with multiple individuals are essential in performing this position.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 (annual salary range is based on multiple factors that include, but not limited to, education, work experience, qualifications, market rate, internal equity, budgetary allowances, etc.)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND DUTIES (MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Responsible for all aspects of contract management (i.e., negotiate, execute, administration, source identification, quote and proposal review) for supplies, services and staffing.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of company policies and procedures. Policies may be related to procurement management, direct and indirect cost allocations, subcontracting terms and conditions, assurance of contract compliance relevant legal, regulatory, and policy requirement, etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring overall contractual compliance within assigned contract areas/Contract Line Items (CLINs).
  • Responsible for acquisition, formulation, solicitation, negotiation, and administration of major government and commercial prime contract(s) and subcontract support services.
  • Serves as a liaison between FEFA LLC leadership, the customer, and any subcontractor representatives, in addition to any other government auditory or review personnel.
  • Responsible for receipt, review, disposition, control, and safeguard of official contract/subcontract files.
  • Executes compliance with federal, state, and local, Department of Energy (DOE) laws and regulations, and requirements.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar position in which responsibilities included business/contracts oversight and administration, preferably in the federal government arena.
  • Must be able to meet the requirements for obtaining an L Security Clearance for DOE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or business-related field.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • DOE or federal government previous work experience, preferred.
