We are looking for a a bookkeeper that can handle the following duties:

• Payroll and Payroll Tax Filings
• Accounts Payables
• Accounts Receivables
• Preparing and filing 1099's
• Reconciling all bank accounts and liabilities
• Thorough knowledge working on Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online
• This is a remote position which requires the applicant to be self disciplined and maintaining a proper work schedule
• Be able to provide great customer service to our clients
• Have prior work experience as a full-charge bookkeeper
• Graduated from high school. Higher education and certification is a plus.
• Must be a US citizen
