JOIN OUR TEAM! Behavior Quest LLC is hiring experienced Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA).

BCaBA Requirements:

  • Active BCaBA Certification with the BACB.
  • Completed 8-hour supervision training with BACB.
  • Willing to supervise RBTs.
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification.
  • HIPAA Training is a plus.
  • Ability to pass background screening.
  • Ability to pass drug screening.
  • Experience working with children with developmental and behavioral disorders.
  • Knowledge of Autism and other developmental disorders.
  • Knowledge of Verbal Behavior and Skill Acquisition.
  • Passion for helping children reach their potential.
  • Willingness to learn and work as a team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting.
  • Implement ABA treatment programs as written by supervising BCBA.
  • Write clear and complete session notes.
  • Collect and record data thoroughly.
  • Provide hands-on, direct services while following the principles of ABA.
  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs as needed in compliance with the BACBs supervision guidelines.
  • Provide training to parents and caregivers on client-specific goals as assigned by supervising BCBA.
  • Provide coordination of care with schools and other professionals on client-specific matters.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively – both orally and written – with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain the professional and ethical standards of Behavior Quest and the BACB both on and off the job.
