Job Description :

Merry Maids is looking for a reliable Full Time Office/Sales Assistant to perform end of day office closure & oversee all aspects of business maintenance such as answering phones, responding to leads, scheduling estimates/cleanings, providing online quotes, customer & employee relations/retention, cleaning & maintaining the office areas, launder & folding cleaning cloths, performing closing duties to ensure business is ready for the next day, and occasionally may be needed to run out products/equipment to our cleaning staff. In addition, we are seeking someone who can speak fluent in English and Spanish to respond to applicants and assist in interviewing those that speak spanish/espanol as their primary language. 90% Phone/Computer work, 10% office cleaning/filing/preparation work.

Schedule:

  • Full Time position only (38-48 hours per week)
  • Monday - Friday start @ 10:00am
  • Shift ends between 5pm-7pm (close up office when all cleaning staff returns to office for the day.
  • Saturdays will soon be added on the schedule to work from 7:30am-10:30am

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Valid Driver’s License & access to a reliable vehicle with insurance
  • Experience in customer service & sales
  • Experience with Microsoft computers and applications: Word, Excel, Adobe & Microsoft Office
  • MM360 Salesforce experience is a plus!
  • Strong and positive interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to multi-task and follow through each task with an attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer phone calls and accurately present Merry Maids service to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on all leads for Merry Maids service with letters, e-mails, faxes, or telephone calls. Maintain prospect and customer call back files.
  • Schedule estimates and cleanings as well as supply online quotes.
  • Daily courtesy calls made to all customers scheduled for service the next business day.
  • Follow daily closing procedures. Prepare team work orders for next day and retrieve all payments, keys, and work orders as each team returns to office at end of work day (which may be later than 6pm on occasion if a cleaning team is still out in the field cleaning).
  • Assist in maintaining and updating all business files. Accurately record all rooms and items to be cleaned, writing the correct descriptions for the home using Merry Maids 360 software.
  • Preparing customer retention items daily
  • Assist office manager on back flow items that needs to be completed and work as a team together to ensure a smooth running business for customers and employees.
  • At all times contribute to a positive work climate and to the overall team effort of the company.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Contact customers after the service has been completed to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain Listen360 & Dispatch Me feedback systems.
  • Listening and rating recorded customer calls/leads through Scorpion lead software
  • Assist in following-up and resolving customer complaint problems and breakage report.
  • Maintain a clean and fresh appearance of the office as well as dress for success!
  • Maintain cleaning/replenishing product dispensers, laundry(cleaning cloths).
  • Perform other reasonable, related duties as assigned or requested.
