LOCATION: Canton, IL

HOURS: Monday through Friday 8:30a-5p, plus after hours

POSITION Overview:

· Completes scheduled comprehensive clinical assessments

· Refers individuals to appropriate services

· Consults with licensed providers in development of the treatment plan.

· Functions as a crisis worker after hours on a rotating evening and weekend schedule, and provides back up to daytime crisis worker.

Qualifications:

· Required Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Family Therapy or Human Service Field or LPN

· High School Diploma and 5 years working experience in clinical role in a mental health setting
