Completion of college-level accounting coursework through Intermediate Accounting preferred. Ability to navigate within core systems.

Must be able to advise with borrowing strategies, acquisitions, underwriting and multi family real estate. CPA preferred but not required.

Possess a Bachelor level Social Worker degree from an accredited school. Make any emergency referrals as needed based on initial assessment.
