Job Type:

Schedule:

• Weekday Lunch shifts
• Weekend Lunch shifts
• Dinner shifts Sunday and Monday
• Closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays
• Salary: $20-$22/hour, including service charge

Plus yearly profit share.

• 18% Service Charge is added to every check. We believe this fosters a greater team dynamic and ensures higher pay.100% of this charge is split evenly amongst all employees based on hours worked.

Distributed biweekly with paychecks.

Responsibilities include:

• Take-away counter service for espresso, pastries, retail, lunch menu, and pies
• Dine-in service for Lunch and Dinner
• Communication to the customers: Knowing and being passionate about the recipes and the Piecemeal mission.
• Service will be fast-paced. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently
• Following drink recipes to maintain high standards and consistency
• Communication with the Kitchen and Bakery staff
• Working as a team
