Barista/ Server - Full-Time

Our growing cafe is looking for friendly team players with a passion for good food and great customer service. We take pride in creating new and exciting lunch entrees and pastries in-house while serving the finest local coffee and tea.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Barista to interact with customers and take orders
• Barista to prepare coffee, espresso, tea and beverages as per customer request
• Barista to communicate with the kitchen through accurate orders on POS system
• Barista must adhere to our dress code
• Maintaining a clean and beautiful indoor and outdoor dining space

• This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Barista and server experience
• Barista must be able to pour and serve wine and beer
• Computer literacy
• Must have a reliable form of transport
• Must be able to work full daytime hours, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work on your feet for 6-8 hours of repetitive motion at a time and be able to lift up to 40 lbs
