Menehune Coffee is seeking baristas/servers

Baristas/servers are responsible for preparing all coffee beverages, food menu, and delivering excellent customer service. The cafe prepares coffee, tea, smoothies.. The ability to cooperate effectively with other staff is essential. Other responsibilities include opening/closing duties, cash-handling, cleaning, and prep-work.

Experience in a coffee environment is preferred, but not mandatory. We offer comprehensive training and unparalleled professional development for all staff.

Work Shifts are about 6-10 hours must be available to work on weekends. Starting Pay is 12.00/hr Plus tips, average tips are $5-10/hr. Regular performance evaluations and unlimited growth potential within company.

Baristas receive discounts at all store locations, health benefits are available for employees working over 30+ hours a week.
