Weelborg Chevrolet-Buick of Glencoe, MN is seeking a dependable, motivated self-starting Automotive Sales Consultant. The sales professional will work in a fast paced environment where we strive for excellence in creating a great customer experience.

Job duties include, but not limited to:

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Developing your sales career through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Some of the areas of skill that would be valuable to us would include: Previous sales/retail experience

• A genuine desire to help our customers enjoy their experience with us
• Schedule: Monday-Saturday with scheduled day off during the week.
