Architectural Qualifications

• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit a plus
• At least 8-10 years of Retail Development Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Responsible for overall direction, coordination and implementation, execution, control and completion of projects
• Protection of the office through consistence with firm strategy, commitments, policies and goals
• Diligently manages daily status of projects
• Maintains project files, trains staff to maintain project files
• Responsible for adherence to execution of design intent, working with design staff and Client to produce optimal design results
• Assists Client throughout CDs, bidding, permitting, and CA phases
• Responsible for programmatic QA / QC
• Revit Project Management and usage skills required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
