Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyse the data.

You will possess a valid drivers license and have the ability to travel as needed. You will maintain required state and federal clearances and/or credentials.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be willing to learn our Wood Pay system and assist with entry of wood slips and payments to vendors.

Two locations for sales and service. Up to 35% commission attainable. Two consecutive days off a week.

Provides telephone, reception, records maintenance and scheduling support to the clerical areas of the practice based on departmental requirements.
