Answer and transfer multiple client, rep and retail phone calls. Accept, sort, and distribute all incoming mail in a timely manner, including UPS and FedEx.

Prepare and maintain exam rooms in an orderly and clean manner. Take patient chief complaints and vital signs. A High School Diploma or GED.

Operating trucks requiring a CDL license (e.g., performing basic functions like driving forwards, driving backwards, maneuvering in tight spaces, etc.).

Service Advisor would also be expected to work in the shop and field as needed, and take technical service calls from customers and dealers.
