Local company is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to help with day-to-day office operations. We are seeking a professional, detail oriented and highly organized team player. This is currently a Part-Time position moving to full time. Candidates will be expected to work 25-35 hours weekly. Monday through Friday. Candidates will be expected to perform many basic functions in the office including: Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, billing support is central to this position, electronic medical record maintenance, logistics, and equipment inventory and storage. Managing inventory of assets and supplies, creating and submitting invoices to clients. Coordinating between clients, employees and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities. Sending out and receiving mail and packages. Must be extremely organized.
