Job Description :

Our client is seeking a Program Assistant to join their team. This position is available immediately and is a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position offers 25 - 40 hours per week between the hours of 9am-3:30pm. Hours will vary each week depending on workload. You will be part of a fantastic team!
JOB DUTIES:
  • Work with clients regarding food safety re-certifications.
  • Work with new clients and their initial certification.
  • Provide estimates for service, contracts, sending out renewal notices, etc.
  • Scheduling audits with auditors and putting together auditor packets.
  • And more!

Requirements:
  • Strong Microsoft skills, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to write in a professional manner
  • Possess good math skills
