Local HVAC company is seeking a dynamic accounting professional to fill the role of Accounting Team Leader. The Accounting Team Leader will oversee and/or perform a variety of accounting tasks involving accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, reconciliations, state and local taxes, financial reporting, analysis, and special projects.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and/or Service Titan are a plus
• 8-10 years of managerial accounting experience, or 3-5 years of managerial accounting experience combined with 3+ years of public accounting experience
• CPA designation a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
