Community Choice is GROWING and we are searching for individuals to join our Retail Lending Team who want to grow with us!

A typical day for an Account Executive involves:

• Originating, Closing and Funding all Consumer Loans; including Auto, Personal, Credit Card and Home Equity (Yes, you’ll have a Loan Goal)
• Analyzing credit reports and offering out-of-the box solutions to help our members better their current and future financial picture (We believe in consultative sales, no order-takers here!)
• Managing and maintaining an ever-growing pipeline of loans and leads (Your ability to multi-task will be put to the test!)
• Creating and implementing new strategies to provide exceptional, unexpected experiences to our members (No such thing as “Business as Usual” around here!)
• Assisting members in person, by phone, via inbound and outbound requests (Our marketing team is second to none and the lead opportunities are endless…. We know you’ve heard of us!)
• Opening all New Account products and services with the goal being to build relationships (Providing Unexpected service to every member, every time will keep them coming back!)
• Identifying areas of opportunity to cross-sell additional products and services to develop and deepen our relationships with members. (This is where the commission $$ comes in)

• Do I need previous financial or sales experience? No, but we’ll take it!
• What is the pay structure? Guaranteed Base + Uncapped Commission
