Description:
The Account Executive supports Sales Executives in new account acquisition, account retention and organic sales growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support sales in the strategic management of customer accounts
• Support sales in the pursuit of new business
• Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve account goals and objectives
• Influence revenue growth and profit margin enhancement within existing accounts
• Develop client-facing presentations, proposals, reporting/documentation
• Facilitate activities on behalf of the Sales Executive as needed
• Some travel as needed

Minimum Experience/Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, printing, graphic arts, or related area preferred
• Five years of experience in direct marketing, sales or sales support strongly preferred
• Strong presentation & communication skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities within a rapidly changing environment of client and company needs
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite software, with an emphasis in MS Excel
