The Human Resources Generalist assists with the design, implementation and coordination of all human resource programs/functions including talent management,

Oversees occupational therapy assistants providing guidance, discussing progress and monitoring clinical interventions/skills.

Follows telephone screening guidelines for answering the phone; identifies patient's health problem or concern and directs calls.

Tasks include but are not limited to, scheduling appointments, patient phone calls, referrals, data collection rooming patients and assisting in clinic.

Conduct pre-construction design reviews, quality control checks, and post-construction regulatory compliance inspections.
